Diverse Style In Washington Square Park

Stretch Demin Works For All

Surrounded by New York University, Washington Square Park is one of the best known of New York City's parks. This landmark in Manhattan's Greenwich Village neighborhood houses the famous Washington Square Arch, which celebrates the centennial of George Washington's inauguration as president, and is also a meeting place for the sylish and artistic from neighborhoods near and far.

MyCloset.com viewed quite an entertaining range of talent and fashion on our venture through the park. But there was one style statement that stood out:

Now we all know that denim is back in a big way. We have seen the fabric in many applications, from skinny to boot cut, from high waist to pelvic lows. But what about strecth demin? What do you think of these cropped stretch demin pants or long stretch demin shorts? What we do know: they allow you to do almost anything!!

A warm, summer day brings out authentic, park chic and what is better than being chic while working a hula hoop on your ankle? Stretch demin...what do you think?

I agree with Daphne. I enjoy a little stretch in anything, especially denim.
