Bukky Are

ukola Are is a world traveled up-and-coming fashion designer who is continuously inspired by fashion enchantments and different global cultures. "As a designer, I create and adapt to original designs of clothing and acessories for women, men and children. I call it a lifestyle."
Bukola Are, of Nigerian heritage, was born in Maryland, USA and moved to Lagos, Nigeria where she attended High School. Bukola first showed interest in fashion at age 13. She remembers watching the way her mother dressed and always found her mother’s style very unique. The first item she made was a black dress and this led to this young and talented designer to actually starting her own line at the age of 17! And as a teen, Bukola always stood out from the crowd. She dressed in a much different manner than her peers and her superb fashion sense and style was unquestionable.

Though she always knew she wanted to be a fashion designer, she began to learn more about her craft while producing fashion shows. Being involved with public relations for her school magazine called the 'Press Club' also helped her gain knowledge that would help her fashion and business aspirations. Later “Bukky” as many called her, attended college back in the United States and established herself with national and international design companies through internships and design contests.

Finally Bukky decided to create a name for herself by designing clothes under her own label. While designing her line, she found herself creating different styles with countless ideas. She was continuously inspired and forward driven. That was when House of Versatile Styles was born!
What’s beautiful can never be denied, I dream with my eyes open and I am what
I dream. That’s my Versatile Style.

I loved Taraji P. Henson as well. She looked flawless from head to toe. I also liked Jaimie Alexander, it was different and fun. What was Heidi thinking? Her dress was definitely my least favorite.
Hey what was your favorite and least favorite dresses from the Emmy's? One of my favorites was Taraji P. Henson and I'm sorry but Heidi Klum's dress was a hot mess!
And if you really want to be dapper in your suit, match the tie to a handkerchief. Your shirt can also be a bold color or print. Have fun with your outfits!
I think the tie is the one place the man can show some individuality and style, so I would say go ahead an wear vibrant colors or fun, funky prints, whatever. I think it would be fun!
