The interview whent well, I actually am suppost to get a call tommorrow to talk about work hours and now Im scrambleing around trying to figure out what to wear in case she decides she wants me to come in tommorrow (although I doubt she will since she seid shes just calling to talk about work schedual). Anyways, I think theirs a UPS place close buy. I was actually thinking that would make for a perfect part time job also since its a lot of physical activity, pays good, and is part time in the night usually so it wouldnt interfear with the Fredriks of Hollywood thing. I will have to look into it. I dont know if their hiring but its worth a try. Yeah, the excersizing is one of my issues. I tryed to do a yoga show I use to like and found out I lost what sence of balence and flexibility I use to have. Right now Im thinking I need to find something that will keep my intrest and slowly work me up to the point where I can do some of the more active exersizes. Unfortunatly walking is kinda out in this heat. Mabey once winter hits I can walk around here but as it is now I can hardly breathe LOL.

I agree with you, Melonee--Daphne, you look like you're in your late 20s!!

Thank you for the boost, ladies--I needed it this week. Land Shark lager for all! :D

Hello there, Daphne does not look to be 44. But I know that she has great style and advice. Your comments are always welcomed and I like your approach to all-you have a great spirit. By the way, you look really good in bright colors.

Thank you for the compliments on my photography. It's one of my loves in life. I've been shooting pictures since I was 11 years old and I'm 44 now so that's a long time!

I agree with you. If I wear a scarf necklace, it will be one that I string myself! $350? They must be joking!
Daphne   7/30/09
I'm not sure I could "pull off" a scarf necklace, but YOU should be able to wear it well! I'd string it myself too though - those prices are scary!
homeschoolmama   7/29/09
Oh my, I have plenty of necklaces that are broken that I can put together...and make a scarflace:-)! This is really funny to me. Thank you for the style tip:

My aunt has something like a scarf necklace, that she wrapped around her neck, not just dangling like the photo. I thought it was pretty neat too.

Thank you for the credit, but trust me. Anyone can find great things at thrift stores. You just have to be very patient and look through a lot of junk at times to find one treasured piece. Other times you get lucky. Just keep going with your mom, you'll see! I love your style. I'm going to check out your outfits.
Daphne   7/23/09
Thank you! <3 My mama is responsible for much of my jewelry. She knows what I like, and has an awesome eye for it. She's a thrift store dream--can spot a designer-with-tags a mile away. Sometimes I string my own (the multi-strand, green one), but I find that a complete thrift store necklace is often cheaper than the cost of stones, beads, or line.

Ohhh, it's like looking through a jewelry store in here! I LOVE your wardrobe! Lots of color :) Do you string your own stones?
homeschoolmama   7/22/09
Heh, Ozzy WAS the first thing that popped into my head. *hugs*
AmethystJean   7/17/09
Hi there, I'm glad you are back. I can't wait to see the new dog. The cat is adorable. My Ozzie keeps me laughing every day.
Daphne   7/14/09
Been out and about and forget to check back in here. I commented on one of the outfits you sent over a while back.
ReelMan   7/3/09
Hey left you some comments which should come up as updates in your outfits...see I told you I'd pick your clothes this week. Hehe
AmethystJean   6/20/09
How is it at work? Are you happy so far? Do you get to dress in your clothing?
Melonee   6/1/09
You are pretty funny:-)
Melonee   5/28/09
Thanks, everyone, for the support on the job. Although, if you see bruises on my legs, don't blame my fiance--blame the damned packages! And I think "Cat"/"Hey you"/"There's Food In The Kitchen" thinks that Salem is cute. :D
LastCaress   5/25/09
Your kitty is so cute! Well 17 announcements today and the board to catch up on...I hated being away from here for 6 days!
AmethystJean   5/19/09
Congratulations on the new job, even if it isn't what you expected to be doing...for now.
