Jon Saxx, born Jonathan Ross, was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. The former engineer turned musician began his career by accepting a position in Detroit as a Quality Control Engineer for General Motors. Jon graduated from Miami University in Oxford,Ohio with a degree in Manufacturing Engineering. After spending a few years in Detroit, he was offered a new position in Miami, Florida as a New Product Development Engineer for medical giant, Johnson & Johnson.
