ali Barraza knows clothes. She’s styled wardrobes for “Law And Order,” the Alice Roi runway show, and photo shoots for model clients Mae Anderson and Jessica Stam. She’s also Anderson’s best friend, which is convenient, since they live across the hall from each other in a Greenwich Village apartment complex.

As Gali opens her closet – which takes up one wall in her kids’ bedroom – she rolls off her rules of shop: “If I go home and I’m thinking about it all night, I have to go back and get it. If I don’t wear it within a month, I get rid of it.”
