Neon, one of Spring/Summer 2012’s most popular trends can be seen everywhere from the runway to department stores. Once popularized in the eighties and early nineties, Neon has made a great comeback coming in everything from dresses to blouses to skirts to shorts. Even recent Oscar nominee Jessica Chastain sported a neon pink dress and looked just fabulous!
