Gail Elliott

"Clothing should be luxurious, comfortable, feminine, versatile and easy to pack!"

Top model turned fashion designer Gail Elliott created her thriving clothing line based on the knowledge she acquired working with legendary designers and magazine editors. Born and raised in London, England Elliott’s modeling career took off at the age of seventeen and has continued over the past two decades. During years of traveling for her modeling gigs, Elliot was forced to stay in hotel room after hotel room. Following a long day of work in a strange place all she wanted was to get into comfy clothes, order room service, and relax. Sadly, the clothing she found was too short, too flimsy, and overtly sexy or just the opposite; conservative, clumsy, and comfortable in all the wrong ways. Since there was no in between, Elliott launched the label ‘Little Joe by Gail Elliott’ in 2002, with a line of slip’s and camisoles, which can be worn lounging around the house, to bed, or better yet MyCloset’s preference, out on the town! Her line was an immediate success with friends and models Cindy Crawford, Elle McPherson, and Helena Christensen along with actresses Naomi Watts, Ashley Judd, and Sharon Stone, who continue to sport her designs to this day. By 2005 Elliott opened her first flagship boutique in Sydney, Australia and currently operates five other stores throughout the continent and stand alone stores in New York City and Los Angeles. Since the label’s inception, Elliott has expanded her line in order to create an entire wardrobe by incorporating luxurious silk and cotton dresses, tops and skirts, as well as wool or cashmere knitwear.

Hey RCH, I am so used to seeing my husband in work out gear, I wouldn't know how to act if he dressed up!
I've updated My Favorites. Check it out!
Hey RCH, I like to see men in all black or men that know how to dress casual but still look well dressed. No sweats, throwback jerseys or sneakers. Ugh!
