Kelly Cimber

"Every girl should own nice jewelry!"

The designer, Kelly Cimber, currently resides in Miami Beach, Florida, but she first discovered her love for handcrafting jewelry while growing up in Connecticut. Her studies in metal smithing provided the background she needed to win the Silver Key Award for her metal sculpture at the Connecticut State Art Fair.

Although very talented in designing both jewelry and sculptured forms, Kelly decided to take a hiatus from the pursuit of her career in art. She elected to attend the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and graduated with High Honors. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and leadership in military training which led to her commissioning in the U.S. Coast Guard.

Now a Lieutenant in the Coast Guard, stationed in Miami Beach, she has found the time to recapture her love of designing jewelry and her dream of pursuing a lifelong career in the arts.

Designer Facts:

If I had the opportunity to have a famous designer revamp my wardrobe, it would be Roberto Cavalli.

I loved Taraji P. Henson as well. She looked flawless from head to toe. I also liked Jaimie Alexander, it was different and fun. What was Heidi thinking? Her dress was definitely my least favorite.
Hey what was your favorite and least favorite dresses from the Emmy's? One of my favorites was Taraji P. Henson and I'm sorry but Heidi Klum's dress was a hot mess!
And if you really want to be dapper in your suit, match the tie to a handkerchief. Your shirt can also be a bold color or print. Have fun with your outfits!
I think the tie is the one place the man can show some individuality and style, so I would say go ahead an wear vibrant colors or fun, funky prints, whatever. I think it would be fun!
