Her debut album "What's the 411?" went multi-platinum. Presently she has a track record of eight multi-platinum albums, nine Grammy Awards and four American Music Awards. The Queen of R & B, Mary J. has gone through several years of personal positive growth of which she soulfully reflects through her lyrics and musical mood on her hit album "Growing Pains" which was released in 2009.
