lways the entertainer, Lisa was interested in fashion even as a little girl. Born in Inglewood, California, she has always had great sense of style. As a kid, Lisa and her sister modeled in their own fashion shows and performed dance routines for their family and friends. She also recalls sporting the ‘punk rock’ look and going as far as shaving one side of her head-she even tried to dye it white. "I wore a lot of edgy, rocker stuff and it was called ‘new wave’ back then", states Lisa. And also during her early but formative years Lisa was one to boldly express her style sense: she would wear unique shoes, and funky distinctive pieces that the average girl would have a hard time pulling off.

Although she has been known to juggle a wide range of businesses, Wu is currently focused on acting and her new clothing line, ‘Closet Freak’. Previously she developed and owned a baby clothing line but decided to scale down her businesses and center her attention on her fresh clothing line ‘Closet Freak’, as well as her original custom jewelry line. She has also made her small screen acting debut in Tyler Perry's hit sitcom "Meet the Browns". She has been well received by the acting community.

Lisa has since left the popular Bravo reality show "The Real Housewives of Atlanta", as she is now pursuing various acting roles on the big screen. Her absence on the show is surely felt. Her bubbly personality and positive attitude were a welcome addition to counterbalance the interesting and entertaining drama associated with the other cast members. She does, however, make the occasional appearance to support her former castmates when invited to various social events related to the show.
