ith live performances by Arrivederci and newcomer, Radio Disney music artist, Josiah Rea and one of America's Next Top Model contestants, Tiffany Richardson hosting the event, Stilettos in Spring was a huge success. It also featured live art by Sergio "El Toro" Torres as well as a bike installation by The Friction Zone. The main event showcased designers such as Carmen Ballering, Tira Sunnari, Ramsey & Jade, In'Tyce Swimwear, NM Designs LLC, Abnormal Ariginals, Asuka Collection, BeWare Swimwear, Robbie B. Couture, and Kimaje Kreations Swim Collection.

Every style of fashion was represented in this fashion extravaganza. From hip-hop urban t-shirts and jeans to colorful swimwear and elegant eveningwear. The event's primary purpose was to benefit Kids in Distress, a South Florida community-supported agency providing services for the prevention of child abuse. Their well-integrated system of care incorporates solid collaborations and partnerships with numerous community experts, who work with them to meet the complex needs of the children and families they serve.
