Even when you are not on the amazing beaches of Santa Monica, everyone seems to dress very leisurely but with a ‘Hollywood Chic’ flair. The extremely friendly locals are very welcoming and help to keep the positive vibes and local culture that is easygoing and tranquil status quo.

We photographed a group of 'Hollywood Chic' women dressed in the 'now'-low rider jeans with wide belts...is this a passing trend or will this style last the test of time.....will it end when the 2014 New Year's ball drops in Time Square or are low riders here to stay?
