It is an extremely family friendly place with the famous Santa Monica Pier, in which there is a fantastic amusement park and eateries opened all year long, the 3rd Street Promenade with cascades of top scale, tantalizing and chic boutiques and a bike trail that fitness fanatics love. You can even wear shorts all year long.

There are not many places where you can work, play, eat and then eat, play and work, without getting into a car to get to the various different locations. Now do not get us wrong, you can jump into your car and take the short drive to Los Angeles but you really would not have a need to leave this multi-cultural haven. You get the Los Angeles and Hollywood feeling all around you at all hours. There are delightful sightings of starlets and people that dress to impress while strolling the promenade looking to spend up their weeks pay or window shop until they drop. And for trend setting, there have been quite a few sitings of men shoppers wearing bags across their chest and fashion mavens wearing wide belts that accentuate their teenie weenie waist. More than likely you will see a few skateboarders in their casual hoodies strolling down the promenade or practicing on the beaches trails. The ‘Hollywood Chic’ jean attired couples are always darling and they remind you that romance is always in style. By the way, the tastes everywhere seems to be unmistakably chic and cool, even when the visual is a group of young men wearing below the knee shorts.
