he quintessential English characters were out in full bloom this Winter. While the English are somewhat known for their snazzy style and for starting certain fashion trends, mostly they are viewed around the world as having slightly stuffy demeanors. Is it the accent or the culture? Well it must be the accent because we met individuals that were so kind, colorful and whimsical that we were willing to freeze in the cold and rain (and did) to photograph great groups of Londoners. The darker the day, the more avant-garde the clothing became….to the point that some of the clothing seemed costumey. It was great!

As you travel around the largest city in Europe, you will notice a great diversity of people. It is a multicultural city that is considered modern and trendy all over the world. With more than 2000 years of cultural history, London is situated in southeastern England along the Thames River and the strong passion for the city's history is evident by the inhabitants' unique and wonderful eclectic mixture of today's and yesteryears' fashions.
