“We thought it would be great to own our own business, because we thought it would give us time to rehearse, record and choreograph. That’s not the case. But, we’re pretty lucky!” said Seryn Potter, one of the style chiefs from Flirt, describing their boutique success to MyCloset.com.

Since 2000, when Flirt opened, the store developed a loyal following for its signature custom made skirts, hand sewn by two of the three owners. First, you choose from seven basic skirt styles, provide your measurements, make any minor changes you’d like, and select fabric from 50-100 swatches which change all the time. “We don’t buy a lot of each fabric, because we don’t want people to look the same,” explained Potter.
