he Libertine latest line is a mixture of eclectic and fun clothing sure to satisfy any taste from punk to ultra feminine. The beauty of this line is that separates can be worn together or mixed and matched with existing items for the less daring. The addition of the menswear only made a good thing better. Because of the popularity of the Libertine line several companies have collaborated with this amazing team. Along with Libertine for Target, other businesses such as Libertine for Goyard, Libertine for Muji, Libertine for Nagi Noda, and Libertine for LACMA, have emerged.

I packed twenty pieces for a ten-day trip in Italy: Milan, Rome, and Florence, with one small bag.

What’s the BIG graphic coat?

CG: FROM NAGI NODA, ARTIST/COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR. THE ANIMALS ARE JAPANESE CHARACTERS. IT’S HUGE, TOO BIG FOR ME, SILK. IF SHE HAS AN IDEA, SHE MAKES IT. SHE’D MAKE A HOT AIR BALLOON. WE MET AT A VIDEO FAIR IN TOKYO THREE YEARS AGO. I DID A VIDEO CALLED “ALL IN THE GOLDEN AFTERNOON.” IT WAS VIDEO OF NEW YORK TAKEN FORM THE PERSPECTIVE OF RIDING ON A BIKE.

If you could change one thing about your closet, what would it be?

CG: I'D MAKE IT 4 TIMES BIGGER.
