pon arriving in the Marais Quarter in Paris, France I was totally taken with the area. There are beautiful shops, restaurants, cafe's and bakery shops all around. You could find any and everything within a 1 or 2 mile radius, within comfortable walking distance. We were only minutes away from Notre' Dame and the Eiffel Tower was just a short bus ride away. My friends and I rented a condo in the Marais Quarter of Paris. We could easily walk to restaurants, shops and local pubs. The food was magnificent and we enjoyed the local cuisine and world famous pastries. But the best part other than sight-seeing was the vintage shops!
