A great find is better when you put out the effort to get it. It's easy to walk into a current store and buy fashion off a mannequin (someone else did all the fun work). Putting together the same look/feel gathered from thrift/vintage stores makes it that much cooler. Not all your pieces have to be old, intergrating them in your closet to make it new again is the fun part. Keeping up with all the seasons new looks is key. Mixing that knowledge with timeless pieces is a great way to be trendy but not so much where you have to recycle your closet every year. Accessories also determine how long u can keep a piece around. With the right accessories you can constantly reinvent it. Alot of times it's cheaper to buy new trendy accessories to add to a classic silhouette then buying a new wardrobe. Fashion is fun when you experiment, recycle, reinvent and always be on the lookout for that it piece that will stay with you through the trends.
